Tuition
Cost to enroll in the Sustainable Building Advisor Program is $2450.
This fee includes lectures, field trips and a materials binder. Starting in 2010, the national certification examination fee is included in the cost of tuition. Students are eligible to take the certification exam after having successfully completed the writing assignments, participated in a group project and have attended the lectures and field trips.
Register early and receive a $300 discount!
Early registration is $2150. Due to limited space, early registration is recommended. To receive the early registration discount, registration must be received by:
- July 30, 2010 for the course beginning in the fall of 2010
Tuition for AIA SF chapter members is $2205.
AIA San Francisco Chapter members receive a 10% discount on tuition fees. AIA members can receive up to 100 LU for participating in the course.

There are two ways to register for the course, either by check or by credit card. Once your registration and tuition payment have been received, you will receive an email confirmation.

Tuition Payment by Credit Card
To make your tuition payment by credit card, please submit the following registration form. You will be directed to a shopping cart after the form has been submitted. Note: there is a $100 processing fee for credit card transactions.
